THE MARDON STORY

Angie Mardon created Mardon Recruitment in 2000 following a 30+ year career in secretarial, office management and human resource roles across a wide range of industries from small business to large public companies. Much of her time in her previous roles within these organisations was taken up in recruiting, training and developing staff. So in many ways, the decision to move into recruitment was a natural progression.

From her experiences in dealing with recruitment companies, both as a client and as a job seeker, she formed very strong views on the way she wanted to do business.

"Always remembering this is a service industry, I wanted to ensure we became a ‘values-based’ organisation, focused on meeting our client’s objective and treating our candidates with the respect they deserve."

Basing Mardon Recruitment on a strong Code of Ethics, Angie has chosen Consultants totally committed to meeting their Clients’ needs rather than their own Sales agenda. Her view is that "Our Clients have the right to expect us to go that extra mile to get results".

Mardon Recruitment’s Candidates also appreciate their Consultant’s commitment to meeting their needs.

"After all, our ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Candidates goes a long way towards the superior service we are able to offer our Clients."

Mardon Recruitment staff are passionate about what they do. They see the opportunity to bring good people together with great organisations as a privilege as well as a responsibility. They work as a team and actively support one another to find innovative people solutions for their valued clients.

Angie Mardon is a member of the Recruitment and Consultant Services Association. Well respected by her peers, she is recognised by her Clients as being committed to providing a quality recruitment service combining the essential elements of professionalism, friendliness and personal attention.
